Our search to tell the stories of Northumberland and its people led us on a fantastic tour of the county, but one particular stop was quite different from the others. Transporting visitors back 1000s of years to an ancient version of our land, including UNESCO World Heritage Site, Hadrian’s Wall, Ancient Britain offers tours with a difference exploring the hidden gems and iconic sites of Northumberland through hands-on experiences including bushcraft and costume.

 

Not content with ordinary storytelling, Kevin and Sara Robson spend their days bringing Northumberland's sites and history to life for visitors with a unique range of activities that mean people don't just learn about ancient Northumberland - they experience ancient Northumberland!
